Each of these bourbon barrel stave signs starts life as a real piece of a Kentucky bourbon barrel — reclaimed, cleaned, and lightly sanded by hand in my studio before I laser engrave it with your personalization: names, dates, a logo, a favorite toast, or a phrase that means something to you.
Because every stave comes from an actual working barrel, no two are exactly alike. You'll see natural variation in color and grain, and some characteristic markings from years of aging bourbon — that's original barrel character, not a flaw. I finish each one with a wood polish and conditioner that soaks into the grain, so you get long-lasting protection and a soft, warm luster.
