Refund policy

All of my items are custom, made to order items that I create.  Due to this, I am unable to provide returns or refunds.  However, I will definitely work with you to correct any issues or concerns.  You can always contact me at sparkofjoybycarrie@gmail.com. 

Damages
Please inspect your order upon receiving. If your item comes to you damaged please contact me immediately at sparkofjoybycarrie@gmail.com so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
